I have purchased this produced 3 times with no problems receiving it On my last purchase in June I’m still waiting for a replacement package as it was damaged in transit as per my tracking app. I have sent an email to your address and received an acknowledgment saying they were going to escalate it to enjoy me receiving my purchase but it is mid July and I haven’t received any update. So I won’t be getting more unless I receive my pre paid .
