Gluten-Free Sourdough Starter

So far so good. It arrived and is thriving. My first couple loaves of bread and working with discard recipes have been average with no sourdough bite. I am hoping that the flavor improves as the starter ages.

It does work as ive used the 100 yr. old one and it central milling flours Fantastic bread taste. The rave of many Ive bought several and plan to make many more from them

This starter worked great to kick start a GF Sourdough. Great product.
