Wonderful customer service . My painta dries out because I waited so long to start painting and I threw them out thinking they were unsalvageable. I contacted CS to see if I could get new paints and they informed me that I should be able to add water to revive the paint but of course I'd already thrown them away. They said they couldnt replace the original paints because they were using a new supplier. They ended up offering an entire new kit, no charge, which I received a few weeks later without any hassle at all!
