As someone who has small hands about 17. 8 x 9 cm hands this mouse is a small to medium shaped mouse leaning more towards medium. Mouse skates, clicks and scroll wheel is perfect. The only concern I have is with my units build quality, specifically the thumb side of the mouse creeks with medium pressure. Otherwise a very good mouse
