I have a large collection of equipment from Alex and Alex and a bar cutter was something I begged them to make. No other can compare! I’ve had many over the years and this will last beyond my lifetime. I have always loved the flat style bar cutters so I was extra patient while they created the perfect design. It’s extremely sturdy and heavy enough to do most of the work. I adore it! They literally think of everything when designing their equipment. The table removes for cleaning and if I change bar sizes, I can make some adjustments without needing to buy another. So smart!! If you are serious about your business, this is a smart investment.
