Phenomenal® Lavender

Hum???

My order was very clearly and specifically for phenomenal lavander.(Lavandula × intermedia) The the plants that arrived are hidcote lavender.(Lavandula angustifolia) Not the same plants. Maybe they survive the Alabama heat & humidity or maybe not. Maybe the make it thru our highly varied winters or maybe not. Doubtful they will make it to 36" tall. Most disappointing is they will not have the fragrance or intensity I specifically mail ordered these plants for. I had purpose and need, neither were met. The mountain Mint were as expected, and all of the plants were healthy with outstanding root systems not overly container bound. All in all I'm disappointed with the mix up or switch-a-roo? It wouldn't be a big deal if my needs weren't so specific. Communication, service and delivery was all fine but the wrong product warrants my 1 star experience.

This was a lovely lavender plant! It was well received and the plant was large and healthy.
