Great Customer Service

We ordered a pair of bumper plates that arrived in two separate boxes. One plate was damaged on the outside edge. Britnee helped us with getting a new plate to replace the damaged plate. She was very responsive, and we received our new plate in a timely manner. Definitely would purchase from American Barbell again!
