Beautiful Watch and Great Support

The watch is beautiful and the instructions and clear and easy. This was the first time I’ve put a watch together and started with a kit that was a Hard level of difficulty… still not too bad but did scratch some parts… I emailed the company asking if I could get replacements and they were extremely accommodating, responded quickly and sent the replacement parts right away! Very happy with the watch and the support… I will definitely be ordering another kit in the near future and highly recommend giving it a try because of the great support and the satisfaction of building your own beautiful watch!
