WORST PRODUCT I’VE EVER PURCHASED !

You would think a company would put some effort and care into the quality of their product that they claim they originally designed. The Delugs spring bar removal tool might possibly be the biggest rip off I’ve ever fallen for. For almost $200, I was sent a product that looked very dissimilar to the tool on their website and in their “how to use” video. The tool itself was flimsy and VERY difficult to actually press to grab the spring bar. It would literally get itself stuck on the spring bar after pressing in the tool because of the friction between the metals inside the tool. Once you’re able to de-press the tool, good luck finding your spring bar that just went flying across the room. Seriously disappointed in this tool.
