Beautiful Bitterness

This is a fairly strong tea with bitterness forward. It needs lower temps and short steeps at first. Teas like this, I believe have great storage potential as the bitterness evolves into interesting nuances of flavor. I have an older Wu Liang Shan with strong hints of tobacco and leather. I expect this 2010 cake to become even more interesting with age. Enjoy!
