I’m going to start by saying I had a little issue with the delivery process with FEDEX and them being difficult with dropping it in a facility for later pickup. I called to see if we could fix the issue. Anthony picked up and immediately started trying to fix the problem. Delivery location was updated and I received my chain. I freaking love the chain!! The weight, the feel of the chain is amazing! 5⭐️ to both product and customer service! I will be back for more
