Excellent flavor and low net carbs

We strictly follow a WFPBNO diet. It’s difficult to find crackers without added chemicals, sugar or oils which are healthy. Also, for our omega 3 intake we need to eat flax seeds daily ( I hate flax seeds). These crackers are just right both for the taste and the ingredients. My favorite is the spicy but find that by rotating the flavors, these don’t become monotonous. 12 bags/ month is a bit much for 2 people but we can almost eat them all each time. The taste is pretty amazing.
