Winter Cover - Highland Cows (Little Miss)

So far we are loving it! I especially love how the sides buckle around the handle at the base so that wind can’t blow through underneath. We very much appreciated how quickly it arrived. I didn’t want to wait for a custom order. So, we ordered the one we did so that we could start using it sooner. If I remember correctly, I ordered on a Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday! I had originally purchased it to use on my barn car seat but it is too pretty in person for that! So, now it is on our “go to town” car seat!
