Sized WAY too big

I ordered down a size (4 inches smaller than my pants waist size) because I heard they ran large. They came in and were still comically large. Fabric felt great and I was really excited to try them out! I initiated a return to get a smaller size and that's where the problems began. They initially responded well and I shipped the items back at my own expense, sending WORN tracking info. They never responded. After 2 weeks, I sent another email asking about the status of my replacement underwear and got nothing but an automated response saying they would respond within 24 hours. I sent another email a week later asking about status of replacements or a refund. They responded, refunding part of my payment but not shipping. I'm out $30 in shipping and have absolutely nothing to show for it. 2 stars because the actual product seemed very nice if it was sized correctly. Very poor customer service and a slap in the face keeping my original shipping costs.

Positively the best. The combination of merino wool and more technical fabrics is outstanding. Unique design adds comfort to the everyday experience, washes well and hangs in there for a positive experience regardless conditions

Worth the money, I think.

Great under ware. Feel great, for great I know they’re made of wool but it’s almost like silk. I got lucky and purchased seven pair when they were on sale for $19 or so. Green only. Not my favorite color out of the three but almost at half price I could not resist. Initially I purchased five pairs at almost $39 which was a little hard to swallow.
