Damaged hat

Recently received a delayed delivery where the hat was damaged. I wanted a refund but there did not Seem to be an option for that. Your refund access beds to be made more user friendly.

Fantastic hat

I purchased the old city Fedora in gray. It has the stiffness I was looking for and easy to shape.

Great looking lid!

My hat arrived and it did not disappoint in the looks department. The fit however was not right. My head is more square therefore the hat was to loose on the sides. I thought I should return it for a size smaller yet the online assistance I received said I should try the insert provided. I didn’t even notice it was provided. While the inserts helped it still has not given me the “snug as a bug” fit I had hoped for. The only reason I do not return it is because I was told there would a restocking fee as well as shipping costs being my responsibility. Looks like I’ll have to cut my losses and deal with my issues
