Looks awesome but had issues and support sent me around in circles

I got the Remote version and love it; however after a few hours the lights start to live a life of their own. They go on, off or start blinking totally random. Contacted support but I keep being sent in circles of ‘please send video’ or ‘sent pictures’ only to answer with ‘please send another video’ My time is too valuable for this; either provide proper support or don’t. This is also my last Game Of Bricks item I’ve bought.
