Falcam F38 Quick Release Basic Bundle

Purchasing directly from Ulanzi sucks. They fail to fulfill your order completely; some items were never shipped, only to learn it is backordered for months. It would have been nice to be aware of that before submitting the order. Additionally, they fail to include all items indicated as shipped in the shipment. Contacting them is another hassle since customer service is only via email (and possibly located in a different time zone? It can take days and multiple follow-ups to get a response). Then they ask for pictures to verify what you are saying. After acknowledging their mistake and being informed that the item will be shipped, it takes another week and having to follow up before they actually ship it; then it takes another week for you to receive it, hoping that you do receive another piece of your order 1+ months after you submitted it. The product is decent; the company, customer service, and experience make it feel subpar.

Made my life easy.
