I started taking Sodii to prevent cramps for certain sporting events (runnings events, HYROX, etc. ) but it has become a daily thing now as I enjoy drinking them and hope it helps my performance at BFT. Would recommend starting with the Sample Pack to get all flavours.

AuDHD, hEDS and POTS haver. The sachets are super convenient for low spoon days, kiwi and passionfruit flavours are delicious and mean I actually drink water throughout the day. Definitely notice that I sleep better when I have a sachet before bed!!
