PMS gone:)
Two months in and glad to say my PMS is a lot better! I hardly knew my period was coming this month usually I get tender, moody and really fatigued leading into the end of my cycle but wow very impressed regarding energy levels throughout the month unfortunately haven’t noticed any difference with cramps which I still get on day 1!!
