Great All Purpose

Bought this as a suggestion from a chef friend. Affordable, easy to sharpen, gets through most kitchen tasks, lightweight and solid feel in the hands. Would def recommend.

Great knife. Very sharp. Just got it sharpened after 2 years. Personally would have preferred a slightly shorter and stiffer knife. Plan on buying a smaller knife fur cutting fruits for the kids.

Great blade came in a nice case and works really well
