When was the last time you dropped an email to "customer service" and got a response within fifteen minutes or so on a SUNDAY? Let's just say Red House products are as good as or better than its customer service. I've had my 8' miter fence pro system for years now and have been well satisfied as to its quality, durability and capability. If their products fit your bill, get them. By the way, these fence mount brackets work just fine.
