I ran this through my automatic espresso machine and it dialed in beautifully. It pulls an incredibly smooth cup with a fantastic, velvety texture. You get a perfect balance of comforting chocolatey and nutty undertones alongside a subtle, clean sweetness that really shines. Valor consistently delivers incredible roasts, and this Guatemala single-origin is a certified home run.

Washed goodness

I am a huge fan of washed coffees and this is no exception. I tinkered with the grind a few times to get the taste I prefer. Great in a V60, Orea, or as espresso.
