House of Romantasy

I didn’t really know what to expect from an author-run independent book store an hour away from me, in a place I didn’t know well. I arrived (a little nervous) but the interaction with E. P. Bali was magical from start to finish. I love the Romantasy genre for its celebration of all things fantasy and romance. I’d never read anything by E. P. Bali so I thought I’d dive in and give her work a go. I’m halfway through the Midwife Warrior to date, and it’s brilliant! Badass female characters, and a unique lore. The conversation with E. P. Bali was lovely, she is so genuine and warm. I loved the extra care she took to handle my books and the chats about her visions for her shop. Long may she reign. 👑
