I have emailed twice and left a note on the website about this saying that the stone fell out within 2 days of wearing it and had zero reply for over 2 weeks now

I haven’t even had this ring for two weeks and the stone already flew out and is lost.

The ring is gorgeous but the stone fell out only a few weeks after I wore it first, which is such a shame as it looks lovely. Im ordering it again but it makes me sad that I have a gem less ring now, at home on its own
