The necklace arrived with several visible marks that appear to be manufacturing defects. I contacted customer service to request a replacement or a refund, but I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping costs myself, even though the item arrived faulty. Very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way this issue was handled.
