This bike rips
I’ve mountain biked for a long time, but was gravel curious so I purchased this bike. Absolutely love it. Have put some decent miles on it already and really pleased with the component choices. I converted to tubeless and changed the saddle off the jump, but otherwise unchanged from stock. I don’t expect to make any big changes soon. Definitely recommend the green frame color too. Picture online doesn’t do it justice, It really pops.

Nice to be back on the ..Gravel!?
I am a 48 year old male who hasn't cycled much in the last 15 years. I used to be an avid Mountain Biker in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. I relocated to Southwest Florida and between the lack of trails, heat, and my old age I sorta drifted away. I started looking for a new bike to fit my current needs as an amateur who will likely ride 3-5 hours a week for exercise on mostly flat but also packed dirt single track, gravel, and asphalt trails of a 10 mile linear park next to my sub division. I also wanted to be able to push and spin fast and feel like I was connected to an awesome tool. The Poseidon exactly fit this bill. I had faith I could assemble it so I went ahead and ordered one with only a minor amount of research comparing budget entry level gravel bikes. Everything has evolved in the bike world over the last 20 years so I was impressed/surprised at the options and their prices! I just refused to pay what a decent car may cost used for a new bike. My Experience so far: Assembly - Very straightforward, all tools/grease provided to set up. I had a difficult time getting the chain untangled but after a very helpful YouTube video search I persisted and was able to complete the assembly, dial in the derailleur, and the brakes. I found the seat to be uncomfortable so I added a new one that fit my needs. Having a bike holder/clamp system would have been a godsend but I improvised. First few rides - I noticed right away how much faster this bike is compared to a mountain bike. Granted I had never rode a real road bike before either so of the 2 parts that make up this hybrid gravel bike, the speed and quickness is impressive. The brakes are ok, not as aggressive as I am used to but it slows you up more than enough once you get used to how they work. It is so nice to only have to think about one derailleur and set of gears and they are more than what I need. I've had to make a couple of adjustments and fine tuning however this bike is exactly fitting the bill for my needs and its a beauty. I went with the Blue but really liked all three colorways. Overall: 4.5/5 Stars I would suggest this bike to anybody looking for a gravel bike looking for bang for buck. I have really enjoyed putting it together, testing it, dialing everything in, and now- seeing how fast I can go!

Incredible value
I’ve got about 1000 miles on this bike now and feel like I know enough to give it a review. Absolutely incredible value, so fun to ride around on pavement or gravel, and really suprisingly quick. I have no trouble keeping up with my roadie friends (other than fast downhills where you might run out of gear), and once you hit the gravel this thing is so confidence inspiring you can really fly. I’ve changed nothing about the bike except for adding my own pedals, and I recommend it to anyone who asks about it. Overall, I’m super happy with my X Gen 3.
