Where have these been all my life

Bought these on recommendation. I used them in a Weber Smokey Mountain for a 16-hour brisket cook. I was amazed to see that, after the cook, there was still fuel left in my fire basket. The flavour was incredible, very clean yet with a noticeable charcoal flavour. I can’t recommend them enough.

Best charcoal i have ever used

The cooking time is more than stated by globaltic. Super long burn time very controllable heat output when closing the air flow down on the bbq. Managed to get belly pork fat caramelised to perfection and off one load in bbq got lamb chops and chicken brests done on a cobb bbq. 3 loads of separate cooking done. Could have got more done on the cobb 6 to 7 hours cooking off this product with a pure flavour to the meat. Never buying supermarket charcoal again. 10 out of 10
