I heard this is less popular in Japan where people are trapped by tradition. However I have Japanese friends who tell me I am making a burrito if I put veggies in my sushi roll. I really liked this miso because it was 4/10 sweet and rich in depth. I made miso soup and it was very unique. It was light and fruity. This would be perfect in triangle Onigiri. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. You could do all sorts of creative things with this because it isn't dark and woodsy like most miso. Of course it is made with white miso, probably mirin and sugar.

Versatile
Great base for marinades and dressings, and its more liquid consistency makes it easier to coax off the spoon than regular miso. Also nice as a spread – it's quite sweet – or the "adhesive" in onigirazu fillings. It makes a wonderful miso-butter sauce (50/50 mix, nothing else) for pretty much anything, including baked potatoes. The yuzu flavour is subtle, but I'm heavy-handed with yuzu when I cook with it, so it might well be the dominant flavour in this for others.
