These are the best compression socks I've tried, and I've tried so many. Open-toe keeps my feet cooler. The silicone band is crucial for all-day comfort. It keeps the socks up but doesn't cut off circulation. I'm 5'4" and the "short" option is perfect. And Ames Walker has terrific customer service.

Best feature are the silicon knee. It keeps the compression sock from sliding down. It also retains its elasticity for a long period of time. I do fine them too pricy since they are worn each day.
