Doesn't play well with Lightburn

I've been trying to get this to work with Lightburn. Initially it worked fine, but after the firmware upgrade it started having issues. I keep getting Alarm 3 errors when attempting to move to the Current Position for framing. I have to manually move the head to get it to frame. There isn't a problem with the native Creality software, just Lightburn. I want to use Lightburn due to the limited abilities of the native software. If this continues, I'll be forced to purchase a different engraver. Total pain.

Zero stars, zero support

If I could give zero stars, I would. This machine made one successful cut on basswood and then failed every test cut afterward with the engraving getting weaker with each test (same settings). It is a clear sign of laser module malfunction. I contacted support, sent videos and details and have been struggling to get any meaningful reply since Monday 6/15. I even called the support phone number and expressed my frustration and told the agent that, at this point, I have lost confidence and just want to send it back for a refund. He said he would approve a refund and that I would get an authorization email - from support. Guess what, still no email response from support. Do not buy from this company.

It came extremely well packed. It was easy to set up and then I called my neighbor to help me get started. I couldn’t do too much until I bought some software. Now, I’m just trying to get comfortable with the machine. So far, so good.
