18g VST basket, RPavlis water, MP style burrs, Gevi Grindmaster. Water temperature 200 F.
In a small latte, I get the milk chocolate, slight nuttiness, sweetness took center stage today, with pleasant acidity.
The beans are quite dense, on the lighter side of the medium range. Roast date of the beans is 5/15/26.
