Nice balance of hearty roast and richness
At 60g/L in the press, this brewed up a satisfying and dark cup with a solid roasty undercurrent and a rich aroma. Was equally suited to pairing with milk as without. Very nice dark roast without unwelcome burnt notes.

The flavor was well balanced. Whole beans ground well for grinding.
