Sunset is actually a perfect name
This coffee is so good - if you could take a cozy pastel sunset and put it in a coffee this is it. It’s soft, and has a lovely fruitiness to it with a little funky depth. Amazing for a morning cup.
Call me crazy but I add just a touch of honey to it and it really opened up that sweetness and soft texture. Absolutely delicious ☕️

Impressive Flavor Profile
I’m on my second box of this coffee I’m impressed. The coffee produces a pleasant flavor profile that is hard not to really like. My wife and I have been brewing it via our Kalita Wave using standard kalita filters. It comes out exceptionally every time. 15 gram dose, 250 water, 206 DF, 60 g bloom for 45 sec, 2 60 g pours, end to top off at 350. About a 4 min 15 second total brew time.
