Trust the suggested shoe size process
For me, buying shoes on-line always raises the concern of having to return shoes that don’t fit. Even the smoothest process involves the delay and hassle of sending sending one pair back, getting the next pair and hoping they’ll fit. I used the foot measuring process described on the Idio site. The result had me ordering a size I wouldn’t have selected myself. But I trusted the process, and ordered the size they recommended. Got great shoes that fit well.

Performance of disc golf shoes
I bought these for a birthday present for my son, he is very pleased. He has problems with ingrown toenails and these protect the big toe. He believes these are the best pair he's ever owned, and gets compliments on them.

Overpromised, under delivered
I bought these shoes 18 days ago and have about 12 rounds in them. They are showing the usual signs of wear on the tread on the leading part of the forefoot and inside heel. I do appreciate the firmer rubber as it seems to release a little easier from a concrete t-pad than some others. The upper portion keeps out more debris but it doesn't make a tight seal around the ankle and I still end up emptying out grass and small grit at the end of the day. The laces - while I like that I can hide the excess away, they are fiddlely. They take about 3 times longer to secure as traditional laces. Once spot under the lace edge had some lump in it that pressed against the foot even when only moderatly snug. Uncomfortable, and I had to leave the left foot more loose. The width - not wide, closer to regular or narrow fit. Not a big deal, but not truth in advertising either. The footbed - has lumpy spots near the heal making them uncomfortable. I had to use some superfeet insoles to alliviate that issue. Generally - These shoes had a lot of promise, but underdeliver on execution and quality of construction. I tried to like these shoes but the more I wore them, the more they hurt my feet.
