A couple of things…

Vessis came highly recommended and I find them very generally comfortable and smart looking. My only issue is that the sides of the shoes dig into my ankles on the outer edges, making it necessary for me to wear a thick sock to cushion it. I wanted to wear them to prepare for a two week vacation that will include a lot if walking, but with the return policy of attached tags and no signs of wear I cannot return. Considering the purchase price, I would encourage you to allow returns if lightly worn, to encourage customers to wear them under normal circumstances, and exchange or return uncomfortable shoes for an alternative style.

My daughter recommended Vessi to me. She's been wearing them for years, and shares about them to everyone. I'm headed to a rainy area, so ordered these for that trip. As I have been breaking these in, I have been amazed at not just how waterproof they are, but how comfortable they are too. Wow, this is top-notch.
