Easy upgrade for 26 4Runner

The beat Sonic amp was really easy to install. It fits behind the screen in the dash, even with my Limited trim that has the removable JBL portable speaker. It was tricky to figure out how to secure it in the cavity, but I don't notice any movement or noises after install. Really helps the speakers punch, still using stock JBL. Probably will need to upgrade speakers if I want to go further.

Great improvement and extremely easy installation

Guessing there's some DSP/Crossover circuity inside, but this kit really did improve the factory JBL on a 2026 Tundra. Install was actually easier than i expected, packaging and instructions all came as expected. Unit cleans up the "muddiness" in the middle / upper bass and boost clarity of mid-high frequencies. Yes - it boosts volume, but i was seeking clarity and set the dials exactly at the mid-point. Might even dial them back a notch, but absolutely the easiest way to improve the factory set-up.

I like it, i dont have to change out my stock headunit and im able to hookup a amplifier,subwoofer.
