My pan was delivered with the handle sticking out of the box, in a box that was too small. The post office wouldn’t return due to the damaged box. Tried to use chat widget on website, with absolutely no response. So, I’m stuck with my purchase after requesting and receiving approval for a return, all due to your terrible packaging & delivery.
