Transformers: Snarl Plush

Efforts to contact customer service for my order was futile. 7 days after I ordered my plushie, it was still not packed or shipped. Order status still stays on “preparing shipping”. Emails to customer service were ignored. Phone number listed on the website directs you to email them or contact them via social media then ends. Reached out to them via facebook chat over my order, no replies. Non-existent customer service. Terrible post sales. Estimated date of arrival stated 27 July but i received it a week later without any updates.
