Mini Robot - Toy Story Set

First thing I noticed when I received my Toy Story mini robot set was that one of the eyeballs on the alien? Is misaligned. The build quality of the set is pretty good. The paint job and details are pretty good. They have limited motion. The arms and legs do not move. Robotically instead you can bend some of them manually as they do articulate. After reaching out to customer service about the misaligned eyeball, they don't seem very interested in doing anything about it other than to let me know that the set is meant to be a toy to be played with and not a display piece. I purchased this for my fiance who is a huge Toy Story fan and a collector of all things Toy Story. Our intention is to display it in her collection. So if you're looking to spend $500 on a toy for your kids to play with and get bored of due to limited range of motion, this would be a decent purchase. If you're looking to buy it as a collector's item, don't bother.

I like the product but delivery took much longer than it was scheduled to.

Disappointed that only one base included All characters shoukd on base that lets them play their voices
