Our package was lost during delivery. We contacted the customer service and they sent an overnight shipment for replacement so that we can get the product timely to resolve the issue we are dealing with (we are happy with the Antenna to boost our poor cellphone signal with the other equipment we had). Thanks so much that Waveform understands our urgency for the product and fix the lost package promptly even though it's not their fault.
