I went to the store in Barcelona. The associate that helped me was super sweet. I believe her name is Bel for short. She educated me not only on what style of shoe looked good on me but also the ordering process and production process of the shoe. I walked away with two pair of shoes as I am a fan of the brand. I did have to size down from my usual size for both shoes.
