I honestly wasn’t prepared for how much I would love this fragrance. I tried Gris Charnel and Gris Charnel Extrait on each wrist, and I literally couldn’t stop smelling both of them. There is something incredibly addictive about the way they develop on my skin — warm, woody, creamy, slightly earthy and sensual, without being overly sweet. They smell sophisticated, mysterious and effortlessly expensive. Gris Charnel feels a little softer and more intimate to me, while the Extrait has a deeper, richer and more magnetic presence. Hours later, I still can’t decide which one I love more. These aren’t just perfumes I “like” they create a feeling. Absolutely intoxicating.
