I recently purchased body armor from Caliber X Body, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I reached out, Michelle provided what I would consider top of the line customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She didn’t make me feel like just another customer, she took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was taken care of. As a Pennsylvania police officer, having reliable protective equipment is something I take very seriously. Michelle went above and beyond by arranging for my armor to be shipped directly to the police department where I’m employed, which made the entire process extremely convenient and professional.
