Second Soft Armor Vest Purchase

The product is very good. I bought a second one. I was taken back a bit when writing to customer support. I mentioned the first vest had a rubber Caliber Armor velcro patch...the second one did not. I requested them mail one....maybe a $1 patch. I got a note back saying sometimes they gave them out....sometimes not. They would not send me one even after I spent over $800 with the company. That rep should be disciplined ...lousy customer support. I love the vest but that employee ruined the experience.

I work security the 3A vest they gave us was ridiculously heavy. This vest will make my 12 hr shift so much better thanks
