Significantly tighter than my previous shoe. I am unsure if it will stretch to be more comfortable. I doubt I will wear it enough to do so because it was not my prefered color but the only one available.

Does the job!

Purchased for my 94 year old mother who wears bilateral rigid orthotics. She reports they are comfortable and easy to put on with the velcro closure.
