My mom has severe varicose vains. She has worn pantyhoses for almost thirty years and she has tried multiple brands, but this pair is BY FAR the best one. It doesn't make her hot or itchy, it provides the support she needs without being painful, they're easy to put on and take off, and they survive her constant washings very well. We 100% recommend these.
