Love these litter boxes. The high sides are perfect. Xxlg gives small kitties and my huge boys plenty of room. Wish I had this brand when I had 2 kitties with ongoing urinary issues and they had become afraid of the litter boxes due to their pain. The larger size is not confining and helps the kitties move around in the box and find the perfect spot! The litter tray is also fantastic and that the litter it catches is easy to pour back in the box. Customer service is also very responsive and helped me order these litter boxes for my kitties and two friends totaling 16 rescue kitties that now LOVE their litter boxes. My cats love it! It is large enough for big cats or for senior cats that need extra space to move around.

I originally purchased the wrong style that was completely my fault and I setup a return and was immediately responded to and then exchanged for the XXl Butter litter box. Great product and my two cats love them and so do I as I no longer have to sweep up due to the high sides and the innovated mat that captures litter stuck to their paws.
