Honestly, I am extremely happy with my Twin Otter Silhouette. I have yet to install it, but the quality of construction and the powder coating seem exceptional. Where Aircraft Vibes really stands out to me is their customer service. I had a pile of issues dealing with DHL and DHL Express, with them charging me fees, not updating me of delivery status, and giving my item to a third party for delivery without any notice, and basically telling me “no longer our problem.” Anna, whom I dealt with, was extremely understanding and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to rectify all of the issues. Overall, great experience, great product, 10/10 would recommend.
