AMAZING

I have flat feet and struggled all my life selecting sneakers that fit. These are by far the MOST COMFORTABLE sneakers I’ve ever bought! Love the fit as much as the look!!!!

Lot's of toe room on width only

I bought this shoes as Im at the age that comfort is over fashion and hate my toes being squished, that being said this does have lots of toe room but only wide room not much height room. I had to return my shoes and go a full size bigger than I normally wear because the top of toes (especially the big one) was in pain by constantly being in contact and rubbing the top of the shoes, we need space not only in width but also in height perhaps a velocity 2.0 version will have this in the future.

The Ascent has truly change my running journey. I started running 2 years ago and was constantly in pain after every workout until I realized I not only had wide feet but also collapsed arches in both feet. I have tried over 20 pairs of running shoes in that time and most of them felt horrific on my feet because of how narrow they were designed. The ascent has a wider toe box so my toes move naturally yet the rest of the shoe is designed normal which keeps the feet nice and secure!
