Big improvement over the Packtalk Bold

lnstalling the unit is the same as all Cardo units, very easy. Sound quality sounds the same despite the 45mm speakers. The crash protection is of no use snowmobiling as it’s designed for road use not trail riding. Battery life this winter is about 8 hrs which is expected for cold temperatures. Despite all the improvements I see no benefit in upgrading, I did as my old Packtalk Bold battery life was down to 3 hrs. If you’re a first time buyer and don’t need the crash protection I would advise to purchase the Edge which is less expensive

Works well. Meshes fine with older Cardo units. Great for snowmobiling and maintaining contact.
